If you are a subscriber, The Clean Swap Box will be sent to you upon immediate release (you lucky duck!). This happens at the beginning of each season, so you have the products most suited to maintain a glowing complexion for the change in weather and lifestyle. 2021 + 2022 release dates are: SPRING Sept 1 / SUMMER December 1 / AUTUMN March 1 / WINTER June 1 Boxes purchased individually are sent out within 2 business days of your order being placed. Confirmation emails are sent with a tracking number should you like to take a peek at where you parcel is!
Yes, unless you cancel your subscription after receiving your last box.
Your card will first be charged when you initially sign up for a subscription. Following that, it will be charged at the release date of the next seasonal box.
Once you sign up, you will be able to manage your subscription, which will include the ability to update payment information, change your address, and cancel your auto-renewal completely. Please note that if you cancel a subscription before receiving three (3) boxes, you will be charged for the discount you received on any boxes you prepaid for ($25 per box). Prepaid subscriptions and box contents cannot be refunded.

We do not accept returns or refunds on any of The Clean Swap Box subscriptions or products once you have received your product.
